Getting Started

What is TopoloOne?

TopoloOne replaces many of the tools you already use with focused, cost‑efficient Topolo apps (e.g., Topolo Chat, Topolo Meet, Topolo CRM, Topolo Projects). Instead of managing dozens of separate subscriptions and accounts, you get a single, secure platform that consolidates your core workflows under one subscription.

How does TopoloOne work?

TopoloOne is not a bundle of third‑party licenses. We provide a suite of Topolo‑built applications across communication, CRM, projects, docs, analytics, design, and more — accessible with one login, unified billing, and centralized administration. We focus on the 80/20 of what teams actually use, at a fraction of the cost.

What applications are included?

Our platform offers Topolo‑built alternatives across categories like communication (Topolo Chat, Topolo Meet), CRM (Topolo CRM), project management (Topolo Projects), docs (Topolo Docs), analytics (Topolo Analytics), design (Topolo Design), and more. You can replace some or all of your existing tools as you grow.

How is this different from using applications directly?

TopoloOne offers several key advantages: unified billing instead of managing multiple subscriptions, single sign-on for seamless access, centralized user management, enhanced security with our enterprise-grade infrastructure, material cost savings by replacing overlapping tools, and unified analytics across your Topolo apps.

Billing & Pricing

How much does TopoloOne cost?

We offer flexible pricing plans starting at $49/month for individuals and $99/month for teams. Our plans include access to all integrated applications, with higher tiers offering additional users, advanced features, and priority support. Annual billing provides significant savings with up to 20% off monthly rates.

What's included in each plan?

  • Starter Plan ($49/month): Access to all 50+ apps, up to 5 integrations active simultaneously, basic support, and standard security features.
  • Growth Plan ($99/month): Everything in Starter plus unlimited active integrations, advanced analytics, priority support, and team collaboration features.
  • Business Plan ($199/month): Everything in Growth plus advanced user management, custom integrations, dedicated support, and enhanced security features.
  • Enterprise Plan (Custom): Custom pricing with unlimited users, white-label options, dedicated account management, and SLA guarantees.

How does billing work for teams?

Team plans are billed per user with volume discounts for larger organizations. The team administrator manages billing and can add or remove users as needed. Billing is prorated for mid-cycle changes, and we offer flexible payment terms for annual subscriptions.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We'll prorate any billing adjustments to ensure you only pay for what you use.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After 30 days, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoice-based billing with net-30 payment terms.

Security & Privacy

How secure is TopoloOne?

Security is our top priority. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256), secure authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, SAML), regular security audits, SOC 2 Type II compliance, and maintain strict access controls. Your data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Where is my data stored?

Who has access to my data?

How do you handle authentication?

Individual vs Team Features

What's the difference between individual and team plans?

Individual plans are designed for personal productivity with features like personal dashboard, individual analytics, basic automation, and standard support. Team plans add collaborative features like shared workspaces, team analytics, advanced user management, role-based access controls, and priority support.

Can individual users collaborate with others?

Individual plan users have limited collaboration features, such as sharing certain documents or projects within integrated applications. However, advanced team features like centralized user management, shared billing, and team analytics require a team plan.

How do team permissions work?

Team administrators can set role-based permissions for different applications and features. Standard roles include Admin (full access), Manager (user management and analytics), and Member (application access only). Custom roles can be created for specific organizational needs.

Can I start with an individual plan and upgrade to a team plan?

Absolutely! You can start with an individual plan and upgrade to a team plan at any time. We'll help migrate your data and settings, and you can invite team members immediately after upgrading. Billing is adjusted proactively for the upgrade.

How many users can I have on a team plan?

Team plans start with 5 users and can scale to hundreds or thousands depending on your needs. Growth and Business plans have specific user limits, while Enterprise plans support unlimited users with custom pricing based on your organization size.

What kind of support do you provide?

We offer multiple support channels including email support, live chat during business hours, comprehensive documentation, video tutorials, and community forums. Higher-tier plans include priority support with faster response times and dedicated account managers.

What are your support hours?

Standard support is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM PST. Growth and Business plan customers get extended hours (7 AM to 8 PM PST), while Enterprise customers can arrange 24/7 support coverage for critical issues.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?

Response times vary by plan: Starter plan (within 24 hours), Growth plan (within 12 hours), Business plan (within 4 hours), and Enterprise plan (within 1 hour for critical issues). We also provide status updates for ongoing issues.
